ABOUT US

With an average of 28 years of outside sales experience and over 90 years collectively, Telepro’s account managers are all technically competent having electrical engineering or electrical technologist degrees and backgrounds. We are an enthusiastic and highly motivated team striving to bring value to our partners by servicing our customers in their design, test and manufacturing processes. We bring to the table immediate market & product knowledge with field intelligence, a solid track record, a strong and synergistic first class line card, exceptional customer relationships and daily determination.

New partners that we engage with are chosen very carefully and always with the objective of complementing our existing line card into a strong overall portfolio of products. Our goal is to partner with industry leading component and test equipment manufacturers who recognize the value of a premier sales and marketing organization.

OUR TEAM

Hamo Sahaguian

Hamo has over 20 years of technical sales and marketing experience in the Canadian marketplace. Starting his career in 2000 as a District Account Manager for a hi-tech representation firm, Hamo was then promoted to National Sales Director within 5 years. Thereafter, Hamo spearheaded the Telepro organization and has been its General Manager since, supervising sales management and business development across Canada, while at the same time continuing to lead the company’s efforts in the Quebec and Maritime provinces. Throughout his career, Hamo has developed significant and important alliances with manufacturing partners worldwide. Hamo has a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Montreal (Ecole Polytechnique).

David Armstrong

With a background of over 25 years of technical sales and strategic account management in the Canadian technology marketplace, David brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to support his customer base. At the start of his career, after working for a hi-tech manufacturer’s representative in Toronto, David guided the Ottawa division of an optical networking start-up company, directing the sales and marketing team there for many years. Continuing his career in technical sales, David was subsequently the Canadian Director of Sales for a San Jose based manufacturer of optical communication components and subsystems for a number of years, significantly growing their market share. Based in Kanata, David joined Telepro at its inception in 2007 and oversees the Ottawa region as well as Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, BC, Yukon and the NW Territories. David holds an Electrical Engineering Degree from the Royal Air Force in the United Kingdom, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Ryerson University.

Cliff Ramcharan

Cliff brings to Telepro a great deal of sales experience and technical knowledge acquired by working at various representation, distribution and manufacturing establishments throughout his career. With over 30 years of experience in the electronics industry, Cliff has developed extensive and meaningful contacts in the industrial, automotive, military, aerospace and communications marketplace which have contributed to significant revenue growth for all the organizations he has worked for. Based in Mississauga, Cliff joined Telepro at its inception in 2007 and is in charge of the Greater Toronto and SW Ontario areas. Cliff has a Bachelor’s Degree specializing in Industrial Psychology from the University of Guelph and an Electronics Engineering Technology Diploma from DeVry.
